Here are some pictures from our fabulous Both Hands Project last Saturday 2/22/2014.
God blessed us so much! Great weather! Great Team! Everyone worked SO well together!
We had about 23 people from the Sycamore Church, as well as 5 adults and 1 child from Silk Hope Baptist church!28 volunteers in all!
We got all the projects we planned done, as well as some bonus items.
- We replaced a fence
- Painted the pump house
- Pressure washed
- Painted the bathroom vanity
- Removed a window A/C unit and repaired the whole in the wall.
- Fixed a glass door
- Closed up a pet door
- Repainted shutters, house numbers, and metal work.
- Trimmed trees
- Cleared yard debris
- Planted a flower garden and a raised vegtable garden as a SURPRISE for Mrs. Maddox.
Mrs. Bessie Maddox was so pleased with all the work that was done! It will take some concerns off her mind for a while!
God was Glorified and we are thankful we were a part of it.
